Real Estate FAQ
How long does a real estate photo session take?
A typical session takes 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of the property and the package selected. Larger homes or those requiring additional services (such as drone photography or video walkthroughs) may take longer.
What if the weather is bad on the scheduled day?
If the weather is not perfect for the day of the booking, we can reschedule at no extra charge. I always check the weather to see if conditions are ideal.
What areas do you serve?
I primarily serve the Central Valley area. If your property is outside this region, a small travel fee may apply
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes! Aerial drone photography is available as an add-on for listings that benefit from aerial views of the property and surroundings.
